Whether they consider the right approach to United Nations peacekeeping in Somalia is to kill or capture particular individuals, and if so who should choose those individuals.

United Nations Security Council Resolution 837 authorised UNOSOM II forces to arrest and detain for prosecution, trial and punishment those responsible for attacks on UN personnel on 5th June 1993. We supported this resolution.
