To ask the President of the Board of Trade what steps are being taken to implement the tying-in provisions, sections 104 to 107 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990; and when they will be implemented.

Following wide consultation over proposals to implement these provisions, the Government are considering how best to proceed.
