The Minister of State, Home Office (Earl Ferrers)The Government are keen to encourage the development of new and effective crime prevention strategies in the business community and welcome the contribution which this report makes. The report will be of particular value to the work of the Retail Action Group which is shortly to be set up under the auspices of the new National Board for Crime Prevention.
