§ Sir George YoungI have received a letter from the chairman of Maritime housing association on behalf of the committee of management about its tenants opinion survey. The letter outlines the results of the survey relating to the income of tenants, the percentage of tenants in receipt of housing benefit and data on rents.
Before decisions on grant rates for 1994–95 are taken, we will consider all the relevant evidence, including the information provided by Maritime housing association, on rents and the availability of private finance.
