§ Miss WiddecombeLondon East Training and Enterprise Council—LETEC—in common with all training and enterprise councils, is providing a wide range of services and initiatives in education, enterprise and training which it considers to be appropriate for the needs of its local area. The London borough of Newham benefits from many of LETEC's area wide programmes, as well as 687W specific local programmes. It also has the advantage of Stratford city challenge resources contributing to the development of its most deprived area.
