§ Mr. EggarI understand that the then Secretary of State for Energy took full account of his consultations with the Director General of Electricity Supply when making the 1990 and 1991 renewables orders under the non-fossil fuel obligation. Both orders are supporting projects with the potential for combined heat and power. On 21 July I announced a third renewables order under the non-fossil fuel obligation. I would expect projects with the potential for combined heat and power to bid into this order also.
