§ Mr. HanleyThe consultation period on our proposals for the establishment of an integrated Army personnel centre ended only on 9 July. I have seen a number of delegations about our proposals, including one last week, and a large number of representations and comments have been received. I shall be considering all these representations very carefully indeed. This will take a little time, but I hope to make a decision in the first half of September.
