§ Mr. Brooke[holding answer 15 January 1993]: We have received no representations from the Guild of British Newspaper Editors specifically relating to the Freedom and Responsibility of the Press Bill. But earlier this month the guild joined forces with the Newspaper Society to produce "Blindfolding the Watchdog", a pamphlet on freedom of the press, copies of which were sent to the Department.
