To ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he is considering an application made under section 172 of the Insolvency Act for the removal of the liquidators of BCCI.

Representations have been made which ask that the liquidators be removed under the powers contained in section 172 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and these are being considered.
