§ Mr. MacleanThe offence in section 33 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 of treating, keeping or disposing of controlled waste in a manner likely to cause pollution of the environment or harm to human health was brought into force on 1 April 1992.
Enforcement of this section is a matter for others, principally waste regulation authorities.
