To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment how many prosecutions have been carried out under section 206 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and if he will make a statement.

Neither my Department nor the Office of Water Services collect information about prosecutions under the provisions of section 206 of the Water Industry Act 1991. No such prosecutions have been otherwise brought to my attention.
