To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will make a statement on the risk-sharing scheme agreed with Tarmac Construction as part of the sale of PSA Projects;
(2) how much Tarmac Construction was paid as part of a risk-sharing scheme in addition to the £54.9 million paid as negative liability.

No risk-sharing scheme was agreed with Tarmac Construction as part of the sale of PSA Projects. The full details of the financial aspects of the sale were set out in the answer given to the member for Welwyn, Hatfield (Mr. Evans) on 25 November 1992.
