To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the estimates given by training and enterprise councils for each month since they were available of(a) the number of young people seeking a youth training place, (b) the number of young people who left school in 1991 who were seeking a youth training place, (c) the number of young people who left school in 1992 who were seeking a youth training place and (d) the number of young people in the special training needs category who were seeking a youth training place; and if he will make a statement.
