To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will consider introducing compulsory 90 mm square mesh panels, increasing the mesh size and increasing minimum landing sizes for haddock.

I am aware of the mounting concern that new measures will be needed to conserve stocks this year and I am considering what measures will command broad support from the industry.
