To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to his answer of 19 February,Official Report, column 385, if he will publish a breakdown of the operational costs of the proposed A 1 motorway between Redhouse and Hook Moor.

The first year operational costs of £80 million in respect of the announced preferred route for this scheme is broken down as follows:
