To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will publish a list of the current application of the PHARE funds by(a) cost, (b) purpose of each project, (c) country where funds are to be used and (d) the British firms or institutions involved.

The list of current PHARE-funded projects is extensive. EC Commission documents containing information on their cost, purpose and recipient country have been placed in the Libraries of the House. Details of the involvement of British firms and institutions are not available in the form requested.
