To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security when Mr. Black of Greenock, can expect to receive information concerning the reference back of his case, for second-tier adjudication, made by social security commissioner Douglas Reith on 19 October 1992—commissioner's file No. CSA/95/92; and if he will make a statement.

Following the commissioner's decision on 19 October 1992 Mr. Black's case has received second-tier adjudication and Mr. Black was advised of the outcome on 12 November 1992. Another copy of the findings have been sent to Mr. Black.
