To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what safeguards have been introduced to prevent the acquisition of days at sea entitlements by foreign-owned British-registered fishing vessels.

Days-at-sea conditions will be attached to the licences of all British registered fishing vessels of over 10 m in length, regardless of ownership.
