The latest information available to the Department is that there were 61,701 persons in Blyth valley on the electoral register in February 1992 and 58,459 persons on the community charge register in September 1991 who were subject to a personal community charge on 1 June 1991. The electoral register will include some people who were exempt from payment of the community charge.
