§ Dr. MawhinneyPublic consultation on the application for a combined Coventry, Warwickshire and Walsgrave National Health Service Trust was completed on 25 September 1992. Of the 28 responses received, 10 were in support, nine in opposition and nine were neutral. Formal consultation on the dissolution of the Walsgrave NHS Trust involving all staff and staff organisations was completed on 8 January 1993. There was only one response and this expressed satisfaction with the conditions agreed for the transfer.
