§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThe sale has not yet been completed and the name of the potential purchaser, therefore, remains commercial in confidence. No conditions on future use have been attached by the Ministry of Defence; however, consultations with the local planning authority clearly indicate that it will strenuously resist development for use other than for agriculture, leisure/amenity or open space.
