§ Mr. Jim CunninghamTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what concrete financial assistance he plans to offer the residents of areas in Coventry which experienced disturbances in 1992.
§ Mr. Robin Squire[holding answer 26 January 1993]: The financial assistance available from my Department is not distrubuted on the basis of the location of disturbances. However, Coventry will continue to benefit from a range of housing and inner city programmes. Additionally, we are currently considering a bid from Coventry under the urban partnership fund.
