§ Mr. HowardI have yet to receive the results of research based on 1991 census data which will help to inform future decisions on urban policy, including setting the criteria for the choice of candidates for a possible third round of city challenge. The current city challenge areas are included in the list of urban priority areas which was drawn up following the 1981 census and amended in the light of subsequent information about urban needs.
