§ Mr. FreemanBritish Rail is already making preparations for the implementation in its accounting year 1993–94 of the provisions of Council directive EEC 91/440 requiring that the accounts for business relating to the provision of transport services and those for business relating to the management of railway infrastructure are kept separate.
