§ Mr. EggarIn view of its shareholding, my Department sees a large number of financial and commercial documents from British Nuclear Fuels plc on a confidential basis. It would not be appropriate to confirm whether particular commercially confidential documents have been made available any more than it would be for me to disclose the contents of any that have been seen. However, I can assure the hon. Member that all my Department's requests to the company for information relating to the economics of the thermal oxide reprocessing plant have been met in full.
