Viscount St. DavidsMy right honourable and learned friend the former Secretary of State for the Environment announced on 4 November 1992 in another place that he had invited Mr. Trevor Osborne, now Chairman of Building and Property, to work up ideas for imaginative alternative uses for Somerset House. We are still awaiting Mr. Trevor Osborne's proposals, which are expected shortly.
