§ Mr. AtkinsIt is currently estimated that approximately £22 million, including £9.2 million on the cross harbour road link, will be spent on new roads in the 1994–95 financial year. Of this, approximately £4.1 million will be spent on new bypasses. Precise estimates will depend on the final determination of the 1993 public expenditure round. During 1994–95, it is intended to go to contract for Newry bypass, stage 3, roadworks.
