§ Mr. HanleyThe royal yacht underwent a refit in Portsmouth in 1991 to enable her to remain safe, seaworthy and up-to-date for the next few years. Nevertheless, she is an old ship, commissioned in 1954, and in view of her age, her future is currently under review. A wide range of options are being considered.
