§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, met Senor Solana to discuss Gibraltar on 1 March. They discussed possible ways of developing the Brussels process and the way ahead generally. Since March officials have met three times, and a further meeting is planned for 14 December. My right hon. Friend hopes to have further discussions with Senor Solana in the early part of next year.
