§ Mr. RedwoodI plan to spend over £147 million on training and enterprise in Wales in 1994–95. This provides for anticipated levels of training demand to be met and for the introduction of a modern apprenticeship scheme in manufacturing engineering. Detailed allocations to particular programmes will be made in due course.
