§ Mr. Stewart[holding answer 3 December 1993]: Employees of national health service trusts have the same 92W rights to membership of the statutory national health service superannuation scheme as other NHS employees. Their contribution to the scheme, and those of their employers, are payable to the Exchequer to fund superannuation benefits, and cannot be used for any other purpose.
