§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Mackay of Chashfern)I have today laid before Parliament a consultation document,Looking to the Future: Mediation and the Ground for Divorce, which canvasses a number of options for divorce law reform and the greater use of family mediation. I hope that the document will stimulate a wide-ranging and informed debate about this important subject.
