§ Mr. GoodladWe have advised the Government of Kenya that we are prepared to continue to help them to cope with the refugees in the north, more than 85 per cent. of whom are Somalis. My noble Friend the Minister for Overseas Development hopes to discuss this issue with President Moi during her forthcoming visit to Kenya in early January.
