§ Mr. DorrellThe revenue cost of these measures will depend on take-up. But the cost of the Gift Aid change is estimated at £20 million in 1993–94, £30 million in 1994–95 and £30 million in 1995–96. The cost of the payroll giving change is estimated at £1 million each year.
