(2) what information his Department has as to the numbers of reported or recorded racial attacks for the latest three years (a) in the United Kingdom and (b) in London; and in how many of these cases a conviction was obtained;
(3) in how many cases brought to court during the last year involving racial motivation the defendants were granted bail; and how many of these were cases of murder.
