§ Sir Wyn RobertsVoluntary partnerships between training and enterprise councils and the careers services of local education authorities have been established in all Welsh counties. We shall be looking closely at the progress of these partnerships before deciding on what arrangements might apply in the future, as a result of legislation proposed in the Trade Union Reform and Employment Rights Bill.
