§ Mr. JackOur consideration of the safety of these convictions is at a fairly advanced stage. A final decision will be taken in the light of a recent judgment of the Court of Appeal—not yet available—which it is thought may have a bearing on the new linguistic evidence submitted by solicitors representing Mr. Dudley and Mr. Maynard.
