§ Mr. HanleyOn 16 December 1992, my right hon. and learned Friend published a consultative document which seeks views on the scope for legislation on racial discrimination and on any additional action which the Government might take to promote equity of treatment for ethnic groups in Northern Ireland. The consultation period ends on 30 April and Government will then consider carefully the various views expressed and will publish their findings.
