To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to his answer of 30 March,Official Report, column 113, if he is now in a position to state when it is likely that the post of chief executive or director to the successor body to the United Kingdom Immigrants Advisory Service will be duly advertised.

This is a matter for the planning group established by my right hon. and learned Friend, but I understand that the post of director will be advertised shortly.
