§ Mr. NorrisI am planning to hold the first meeting of the working group next month. In addition to officials560W from my Department and the Department of the Environment, the working group will comprise Mr. David Jeffrey, chief executive of the Port of London Authority, Mr. Dick Barker representing London First, Mr. Eric Sorensen, chief executive of the London Docklands development corporation, Mr. Robin Clement of the London Planning Advisory Committee and Mr. David Bayliss of London Transport. I hope to publish a report towards the end of 1993.
