§ Mr. McLoughlinWithin the non-departmental public bodies covered by the Employment Department group, seven appointments came within the categories referred to in paragraphs 49 and 50 of "Questions of Procedure for Ministers". These seven were given approval by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister, although actually appointed by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Employment.
