HL Deb 14 April 1993 vol 544 c73WA
Lord Skelmersdale

asked Her Majesty's Government:

How many special arrangements have been made under Section 22(1) of the Electricity Act 1989, and how many are currently in force.

The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Trade and Industry (Baroness Denton of Wakefield)

Special arrangements under Section 22(1) of the Electricity Act 1989 are commercial matters between the companies and their customers. Neither the Government nor the Director General of Electricity Supply keep records of such arrangements.
