To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what reaction he has received from small businesses to his announcement about value added tax in relation to bad debts and late payments.

I am pleased to say that the significant improvements announced in my right hon. Friend the Chancellor's Budget speech have been well received by small businesses.
