To ask the Attorney-General if he will make a statement about prosecutions in serious fraud cases.

The Attorney-General

The current caseload of the Serious Fraud Office is 53 cases. Of these, 25 are being tried or are awaiting trial in the Crown court, 14 are awaiting committal or transfer to the Crown court and 14 cases are under investigation.
