§ Mr. McLoughlinWe believe that it is in employers' own interests to make effective use of the skills and experience that older people possess. Our new advisory group on older workers will meet later this autumn. It will identify and encourage examples of good employment practice with regard to older workers, and seek to persuade employers to treat all applicants on their merits.
