§ Mr. RedwoodAll of my staff with responsibility for particular aspects of policy have the task of seeking opportunities for deregulation. It is not practicable to identify the separate financial and staff provision. I have asked them to identify licences for abolition, and develop less bureaucratic procedures for grants and regulatory action.
