§ Mr. Robin SquireThe Department has received three letters about council tax reductions for blind people. One of these was from the right hon. Gentleman. A copy of my right hon. Friend's reply of 2 October is being sent to all local authorities. I will also arrange for a copy to be placed in the Library of the House.
