§ Mr. AtkinsThe restructuring of the Northern Ireland electricity industry will bring increased efficiencies and greater competition leading to downward pressure on prices. This will improve the competitiveness of all Northern Ireland manufacturing industry which is the best means of securing existing employment and creating new jobs.
