§ Mr. HanleyWork is nearing completion on the preparation of a draft Children Order which will reform the law in Northern Ireland on the care and upbringing of children along the lines of the Children Act 1981. My noble Friend, the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, hopes to publish a proposal for a draft order for consultation early next year.
