§ Mr. SackvilleUnder the patients charter patients are guaranteed admission for treatment within a maximum of two years from the time they are placed on the waiting list. However, patients suffering from end-stage renal failure are not placed on waiting lists. As emergencies they are treated immediately by means of dialysis or kidney transplant.
